• How do I search for a job?

• Does ASM have a Refer a Friend Scheme?

  Yes, we do! All colleagues who successfully refer a candidate to our business can win up to £350!

• Will my interview(s) be In-Person?

  We can be flexible to suit your schedule and look to host your first interview digitally. If you are asked to attend a final stage, this will be on-site so you can experience life at ASM!

• What do I do if I need more support during the application process?

  As part of the application process, you will be asked if you require any reasonable adjustments to support you. Please share as much information as you can to allow us to give you the best possible recruitment experience.

• How will I receive my interview feedback?

  Our team will offer your feedback over the phone or via email (or both!), you choose!

• Does Legends/ASM offer hybrid working?

  Yes, for all of our corporate (HQ/Office) roles, we offer 3 days a week in the office with 2 from home. These can be flexible days across the week to suit you.

• How will I get paid?

  If you work for us as a Casual Team Member, you will be paid every 2 weeks. 

  If you work for us permanently, you will be paid monthly on the 28th of each month (or nearest working day).
