The Role
Join us as a Business Intelligence Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping data-driven success for Legends Global Iberia. You’ll transform insights into action—driving smarter decisions, efficiency, and innovation. As a client-facing expert within Legends IQ’s centre of excellence, you’ll champion analytics that elevate performance and resilience across our operations.
We’re seeking a confident, self-motivated professional who thrives on strategic problem-solving and creative thinking. Based in Madrid, this is your opportunity to make a measurable impact and lead the way in operational intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clients with actionable intelligence through dashboards, reports, and post-event reviews that identify performance trends and growth opportunities.
- and refine pricing, product, placement, and promotional strategies across concessions, merchandise, and premium offerings to enhance profitability and fan engagement.
- with Legends IQ and client stakeholders to apply expertise in data visualization, fan insights, and data engineering—ensuring scalable, data-driven decisions.
- Leverage emerging technologies and consumer insights to improve guest experience, efficiency, and business outcomes.
- Maintain high standards of data integrity through audits, upgrades, and training, while delivering timely ad hoc analysis and reporting.
You will Have
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- Demonstrable working experience in analytical, consulting, or client-facing roles, with proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
- Proficient in data analysis using Excel, SQL, R, or Python, and experienced with visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau; familiarity with CRM and audience insight platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; able to explain complex ideas clearly to non-technical audiences and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Highly organised self-starter who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, work independently, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Full professional fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to work confidently in an international and multicultural environment.
