The Role
The Director of Partnership Strategy is responsible for directing the strategy, innovation and creative development team that will help drive current and new business for Legends Global Partnerships European sport and entertainment properties. The individual will work collaboratively with the sales team and connect directly with key decision-makers on a regular basis to help secure large scale multi-year, multi-faceted partnerships with brands wishing to maximize their relationships with high profile sports and entertainment platforms. Tasked with supporting revenue generation and managing a team on a day-to-day basis, the role will continue to grow in scope and include additional opportunities to help grow the business. This role will report to the SVP, Partnership Strategy.

You will be responsible for:
- Lead a team of strategists to drive revenue through collaboration with sales teams, managing multiple projects and implementing partnership strategy initiatives.
- Develop prospecting strategies, go-to-market brand stories, creative opportunities, and customised presentations that align with client objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, insights, valuation, marketing, operations) to streamline sales processes and maximise client value
- Maintain and evolve partnership assets, guidelines, and cross-platform programs, ensuring alignment with measurable brand goals.
- Oversee research, analytics, innovation, and proposal development, integrating industry best practices and emerging trends into the sales process.
- Represent the company at industry events, build relationships across diverse markets, and operate with international outlook, entrepreneurial spirit, and a collaborative, results-driven mindset.
You will have:
- Proven track record in creating long-term, seven figure integrated marketing partnerships
- Capacity to work in partnership with the sales team to meet challenging sales objectives in a high profile, competitive marketplace
- Creativity to develop strategic and purpose driven solutions
- Strong interpersonal abilities with excellent communication skills
- Superior computer skills including a high level of macOS, Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and various creative and web-based software
- Degree in Business, Management, Sales or Marketing required
- High-level partnership industry experience
- Experience in the sport, entertainment and/or live events is desirable
