The Role:
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join our Legends Global Iberia team in Madrid. In this role, you will partner with clients and internal stakeholders across marketing and business development to drive revenue growth, profitability, and market performance for both our clients and the Company.
This multi-faceted role combines communications, marketing, and creative business development, providing opportunities to shape strategies that enhance brand positioning and optimise commercial outcomes.
We are looking for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and balances strategic thinking with creative problem-solving. This position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer, Iberia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with client and company objectives.
- Drive Legends/ASM and client brand positioning, enhancing market presence and customer loyalty across B2B and B2C channels.
- Plan, manage, and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns to achieve business goals.
- Conduct research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
- Lead and motivate marketing teams to achieve departmental and organisational goals.
- Work with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and measure campaign effectiveness using data-driven insights.
You will have:
- A bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Demonstrable experience in marketing, sales, communications, executive support, or project management across B2B and B2C environments.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering results under pressure with urgency and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to develop meaningful interpersonal relationships with internal and external stakeholders, working effectively in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365; experience with CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics CRM) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Hands-on experience arranging events, marketing campaigns, and other related initiatives, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Full professional fluency in Spanish and English - Essential
