The Role:
The Senior Marketing Manager will partner with both Legends Global Iberia clients and key internal stakeholders from both business development and marketing perspectives as we drive business profitability and performance on behalf of our clients and the Company.
This multi-faceted role will be a key position within the Legends Global Iberia team, consisting of a mix of communications, marketing, and creative business development support. The successful candidate will collaborate in the development and implementation of strategies to drive revenue growth, enhance market positioning, and optimise commercial performance on behalf of Legends/ASM Iberia clients and the Company.
We are looking for a self-starter who is confident in their abilities and able to work effectively while managing multiple priorities. This individual should be highly organised and able to balance strategic problem-solving with thought-provoking creative thinking. The role, based in Madrid, will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer, Iberia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide business intelligence and analytics support to Legends Global Iberia clients, turning data into actionable insights that inform strategic and operational decisions.
- Design and implement consistent reporting tools — including dashboards, heat maps, and performance presentations — to ensure clear, accurate, and timely communication across partners and operators.
- Lead monthly business reviews and post-event analyses to evaluate performance, identify trends, and recommend opportunities for improvement in operations, sales, and guest experience.
- Develop and execute data-driven strategies for pricing, product mix, placement, and promotions across concessions, merchandise, and premium offerings — with a focus on profitability and fan satisfaction.
- Partner with Legends IQ experts to integrate best practices in data visualisation, fan insights, retail analytics, and data engineering — ensuring scalable and consistent outcomes across Iberia operations.
- Support innovation initiatives by leveraging emerging technologies and consumer insights, while ensuring strong data governance through audits, system upgrades, and management training.
You will have:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- Demonstrable working experience in analytical, consulting, or client-facing roles, with proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
- Proficient in data analysis using Excel, SQL, R, or Python, and experienced with visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau; familiarity with CRM and audience insight platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; able to explain complex ideas clearly to non-technical audiences and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Highly organised self-starter who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, work independently, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Full professional fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to work confidently in an international and multicultural environment.
