About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment process for both permanent and casual roles across our venues. Working as part of a team of three and reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles across UK locations.
- Coordinating job postings, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
- Liaising with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment support.
- Ensuring a seamless candidate experience through timely communication and process efficiency.
- Maintaining accurate recruitment records and supporting compliance with hiring policies.
- Shortlist and screen candidates to ensure hiring managers receive the most suitable talent.
- Drive improvements in Time to Hire (TTH) and actively reduce reliance on recruitment agencies.
- Create engaging and compelling job adverts and descriptions to attract top candidates.
- Manage reference checks and employment screening processes efficiently.
- Support the team in scoping and implementing a new ATS system to enhance recruitment operations.
- Assist with salary benchmarking, interview question development, market insights, and talent data reporting.
We are looking for someone with:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet tight deadlines.
- Analytical approach to recruitment metrics and continuous improvement.
- Experience with ATS systems and recruitment platforms
- Ability to work under pressure
