About the Role
The Research & Insights Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the Business Development (BD) function by delivering market intelligence, actionable insights, and strategic recommendations that drive revenue growth and business expansion. This role combines analytical rigor with strategic storytelling to inform decision-making, strengthen proposals, and support the pursuit of new opportunities across Legends Global.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, industry dynamics, and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and inform strategic planning.
- Translate data and research into actionable insights, supporting business development strategies, revenue growth initiatives, and market positioning. Gather and evaluate intelligence on clients, sectors, emerging markets, and potential partnerships to support targeted acquisition and strategic alliances.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analyses to track performance, assess feasibility of new opportunities, and ensure data accuracy across systems.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align insights with business objectives, and deliver compelling, data-driven presentations and storytelling for senior leaders and clients.
We are looking for someone with:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience in market research, insights, strategy, or business development analysis, ideally within sports, entertainment, venues, or hospitality sectors.
- Proven track record in supporting strategic decision-making and business development initiatives through data and insights.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, commercial, or client-facing environment.
