ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Strategy Associate, Global Sales at Legends will support the strategic and financial operations of the Global Sales division, focusing on premium ticket sales for high-profile international clients, including Legends Global managed venues. This role involves data-driven financial analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and direct engagement with leadership to enhance data collection, performance management, and reporting processes, driving optimised sales outcomes and new business opportunities.
This role can be based in Madrid or Barcelona and will be reporting to the Strategy Director of Global Sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as a liaison between Legends Global Sales Strategy team, clients, and third parties, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support strategic initiatives and track progress toward business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Evaluate property performance and support the development of strategic and financial plans aligned with Legends Global goals
- Build financial models, revenue forecasts, and go-to-market strategies to optimize premium sales performance.
- Enhance data collection, reporting processes, and dashboard tools to monitor and improve sales outcomes.
- Prepare materials, reports, and presentations for internal leadership and client meetings
- Drive operational excellence by identifying process improvements and implementing KPIs to measure strategy effectiveness.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
Experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, finance-oriented roles
•Full professional fluency in Spanish and English is required
•Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, unstructured environments and manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines
•Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex commercial issues clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences
•Skilled in interpreting complex data and applying insights to drive outcomes
•Adept at establishing and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
