About the Role
As European Ticketing Director, you will lead all aspects of ticketing—General Admission and Premium—across a broad range of live events, including music, sport, comedy, family entertainment, and special programming (Conferencing and Events).
This high-impact role requires close collaboration with internal teams (marketing, programming, commercial, venue ops) and external partners (ticketing providers, artists, promoters, agents, and rights holders). You will manage vendor relationships, drive performance and reporting, and set best-in-class standards across all box office and ticketing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive ticket sales and performance across all ticket types by working closely with both ticketing providers and internal central and venue marketing teams.
- Develop pricing models for Premium inventory and optimise pricing models.
- Support relationships with promoters, artists, agents, and sports rights holders.
- Ensure ticketing aligns with content strategy and show planning.
- Lead and negotiate relationships with ticketing platforms.
- Set, drive and manage governance and performance standards.
- Define and track KPIs across sell-thru, conversion, pricing and operations.
We are looking for someone with:
- Significant senior ticketing experience gained from a music, sport, or live events business
- Pan-European leadership with strong commercial acumen
- Vendor negotiation and governance expertise
- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and external stakeholder management
- Deep knowledge of ticketing systems, marketing integration, and performance analytics
- Fluent in English (additional European languages a plus)
- Willingness to travel regularly
