About the Role
The Head of Food and Beverage (F&B) is responsible for leading and managing the F&B department to achieve excellence in service delivery, operational efficiency, and financial performance. This role ensures the implementation of high standards in food safety, hygiene, and customer experience while contributing to the overall strategic objectives of the venue.

Key Responsibilities:
- Align F&B strategy with venue objectives, maximizing revenue and controlling costs.

Oversee all F&B operations, including event catering, concession bars, SOP compliance, stock control, and cash handling.

Drive financial performance through budget management, reporting, payroll, and EPOS/PDQ systems.

Ensure strict food safety and licensing compliance, implementing HACCP and company policies.

Recruit, train, and develop the F&B team, fostering a culture of service excellence and accountability.

Collaborate with estates, vendors, and stakeholders to maintain operational standards and regulatory requirements.
We are looking for someone with:
- Proven experience in a senior role within a high-volume, customer-focused venue.
- Personal Licence holder with Level 3 Food Safety, Level 2 Food Allergen Awareness, and Level 2 HACCP certifications.
- Familiarity with local and regional entertainment venues, with strong budgeting, stock management, and margin control expertise.
- Excellent organisational, planning, and multitasking abilities, with a professional appearance and effective communication skills.
- Strong leadership, hands-on service approach, calm under pressure, self-motivated, and driven with determination and resilience.
