CGC Event Caterers are currently recruiting for casual Hospitality and Bar Supervisors to work at York LNER Stadium!

At the York LNER Stadium you will have the opportunity to provide the highest levels of service to fans attending games for the York Knights, York City, and other large and small events throughout the year, most recently hosting the Women's Rugby World Cup!  We are seeking Hospitality and Bar Supervisors to assist the Head of Food and Beverage with ensuring the smooth delivery of all events, and match days, lead the casual F&B team in your designated areas and ensuring the CGC Standards of Excellence are upheld at all times.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Be able to manage and lead a diverse team
• To provide the highest level of customer service at all times
• To be flexible and be able to adapt quickly
• Setting up hospitality and bar areas in preparation for the next race day/event
• Training of junior staff and assisting with the CGC Academy
• Complete the event close down/cash up
• Host briefings for staff on the day

PERSON SPECIFICATION

• Minimum 1 year hospitality or bar supervisor experience
• Must be able to commute to and from the venue during unsociable hours
• Confident leading a team
• Excellent customer service skills
• Enthusiastic, engaging, presentable

You must be able to attend a telephone interview on either Wednesday 22nd September or Thursday 23rd September with our Recruitment Coordinator. If successful, you would be invited to attend one of our Training Inductions hosted at a later date.
