The Venue

The Arena’s unique "super theatre" style configuration is designed to enhance the arena experience, with all seats facing the stage and high-quality acoustics providing the best sound experience in the UK. Spectators and performers alike will enjoy a more intimate atmosphere with reduced viewing distances inside the 13,781-capacity venue.

The Role:

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented cleaners to deliver a high-quality cleaning service. In this role, you will ensure that our iconic building is kept in immaculate condition, creating a safe and inviting space for staff, performers, and visitors. This role includes working overnight shifts and unsociable hours, please be aware there will be an expectation of working these hours.

Responsibilities:

• Arrive on duty at the correct time and the wear the correct uniform and PPE as supplied.
• Sign In and Out at correct times as required.
• Carry out all cleaning tasks as requested.
• Clean designated area/s in a timely and safe manner.
• Attend required training sessions and abide by Health and Safety rules.
• Use all equipment in a safe manner.
• Be aware of chemicals in use and to use in a safe manner.
• Comply with all Health and Safety relating to manual handling COSHH etc.
• Work with other members of Housekeeping Team or alone as required after correct training.

You will have:

• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work unsociable hours such as overnight shifts.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential, full on the job training will be provided for all successful candidates.
