About the role
Our UK partnerships team is growing, and we’re looking for a Partnership Sales Manager to drive new business and sell creative, high impact brand partnerships across our UK music and entertainment venue portfolio.
The Partnerships Sales Manager will identify, develop, and close long-term brand partnerships that hit revenue targets and bring brands closer to live entertainment.
As Partnership Sales Manager, UK, you’ll play a key role in driving commercial growth by:
- Develop and pitch creative brand partnerships that tap into the passion and energy of live music and entertainment.
- Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting new clients, to pitching bold ideas, negotiating, and closing long-term deals.
- Work with a dynamic, fast-growing team to bring innovative partnership opportunities to market.
- Sell bespoke, insight-led partnerships across the UK-wide Legends ASM venue portfolio, delivering partnerships that help brands connect authentically with culture.
- Support the execution of go-to-market strategies that explore new rights, categories, and commercial opportunities within the portfolio.
- Develop effective and supportive internal relationships across venue and central teams to understand venue-specific needs and potential inventory.
- Represent Legends ASM in client meetings, industry events, and partnership discussions with professionalism, insight, and enthusiasm.
- Provide regular sales reports and pipeline updates to the UK Partnerships Sales Director and SVP Commercial.
We are looking for someone with
- Proven track record in brand partnership sales, ideally within live events, media, sport, technology or entertainment.
- A creative seller who can build impactful marketing campaigns, with a strong understanding and experience of working with brands.
- Experience building senior client relationships and closing high-value deals.
- A proactive, driven approach, comfortable with opening new categories and driving growth.
- Excellent pitching, presenting, and storytelling skills.
- Target-driven, positive, proactive, and excited by growth.
- Experience managing a high-volume sales pipeline and negotiating commercial agreements.
- Self-starter who is comfortable with prospecting, proactive outreach, and opening new categories through initiative and perseverance.
- A collaborative approach and ability to work cross-functionally with multiple internal teams and stakeholders.
- Personable with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; confident engaging senior client stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Organised, self-sufficient, and capable of managing workload effectively across multiple projects.
