The Venue
Located in the heart of West London, Chelsea Football Club is one of the world’s most iconic football clubs and a premier sports and events venue. About the Role
The People Coordinator will be responsible for the efficient operation of all shift scheduling across Chelsea FC. You will be an integral part of the Operations Team ensuring that all Ubeya administration is completed to a high standard, ensuring all shifts are organised and allocated efficiently for match days and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating and maintaining casual worker records on the HR system.
- Assist with inductions and delivery of the company induction.
- Arrange H&S screening sessions for staff (for example hearing tests).
- Provide administrative support as required to Safety Advisory Group and H&S meetings.
We are looking for someone with:
- Strong organisation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- A natural people person.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Must have good attention to detail.
- Able to self-motivate, prioritise, plan and organise.
- Have a proactive approach.
- A flexible, can-do attitude.
