PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Mestalla is the irrigation ditch that unites our stadiums. It gives its name to the old stadium and also runs through the new one. It not only connects the past and the future, but is a symbol of continuity, keeping the essence and tradition of the club alive. Thus, the Nou Mestalla will not only be the stadium of the future but also show the legacy of our history. A stadium designed for all types of events, with first-class VIP experiences and a huge variety of spaces available, with which to elevate the city of Valencia to the next level.

As an extension of the Valencia CF team, our sales experts will work diligently with Valencia CF management and staff to create custom solutions and programs that drive record breaking revenue for the opening of the Nou Mestalla. THE ROLE
The CRM Manager will work as a key member of the Legends team to help drive data strategy and actionable insights throughout the project. This critical role will be focused on the implementation, maintenance, and innovation of the CRM system as it relates to Hospitality Sales for the opening of the Nou Mestalla. Additionally, this role will aid in the creation of digital marketing campaigns, audience development, A/B testing and reporting.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Reporting to the Sales Director, the CRM Manager’s responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to:
- Design and implement CRM strategy and processes to optimize the performance of the sales team.
- Act as the subject matter expert and first line of support for the business processes and day-to-day operation of the CRM system
- Responsible for training sales & service staff in CRM and ensuring that records are being updated and accurately in a timely manner.
- Evaluate and implement third-party applications with CRM and develop strategies around data enrichment and information that could provide insights into interests/behaviors.
- Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
- Create and develop reports and dashboards for data visualizations.
- Integrate with the Marketing department to develop and execute digital marketing and advertising campaigns, and audience segmentation for sales & service communication (email, social, web, etc.) across premium ticketing efforts.
- Assist in the building of innovative strategic plans for how analytics can be leveraged to improve the effectiveness of current campaigns, and to drive insights into new campaigns.
- Work in a cross-functional environment with various business groups, and end users to identify, document, and communicate sales processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and story-telling skills.
- Collaborate with users across the organization to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
- Ad hoc special projects as required or necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- +4 year demonstrated operational experience with Salesforce CRM platform.
- A passion for working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- Experience working with reporting software (such as Tableau, Power BI, etc.) and generating insights from large datasets using statistical knowledge and software (Excel, SAS, etc.)
- Minimum four (4) years of experience in CRM campaign creation, workflow, and execution
- Experience working with digital marketing teams to support data-driven marketing campaigns
- Must be able to work collaboratively across all departments and have a team-first mentality
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, Sports Management or Business preferred
- Language skills: Spanish and English are required, Valencià is a plus.
