About the Role:
As our Operations Technician provide labour and specific skills to support all aspects of the business. This is a hands on role and no two days will be the same, from building a stage to carrying out routine maintenance of buildings and equipment, this is a vital role to ensure we give our guests the ultimate experience when they visit us.

Key Responsibilities:
• Setting up halls, rooms and the Arena to meet business requirements
• Assist in the construction of Temporary and Permanent seating blocks
• Construct various Staging systems for a range of Events
• Rigging in P&J Live Halls and suites if required; once trained and authorised to do so
• Building of shell scheme and/or bespoke stands on and off-site when required
• Operation of forklift, access platforms, and building of scaffolding; when trained and awarded “competency” certificates
• Ensure all operational equipment is PAT tested and in safe working order
• Making sure the service requirements are met for all ongoing business and large-scale events
We are looking for someone with:
• Experience within a similar role/business - Essential
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to multitask and work at pace
• Customer service focused
