About the Role
We are looking for a Food & Beverage Assistant to be an integral member of our F&B Operations Team. This is an integral role for us, you will be the driving force in your team ensuring we are fully prepared for all our exciting events: processing deliveries, rotating, ordering, and replenishing stock around our retail and hospitality areas and supporting the wider team with adhering to all Health and Safety/Food Safety procedures.
We are looking for an ambitious and driven individual who is looking for an opportunity to grow their career with an exciting business.
Alongside your operational duties, you will be the first point of call for our casual F&B workforce and will support with building their rotas.
Additional Information:
• Due to the nature of the role, there will be a requirement to work weekends and evenings and public holidays.
• The role will entail a level of physical work including lifting and movement of heavy items – previous manual handling training is desirable, but can be provided
• There may be a requirement to support other ASM venues with this being planned in to rosters in advance

Your Responsibilities:
• Assisting both Retail and Hospitality in the day-to-day running of the department with all operational and ad-hoc tasks
• Working show nights, ensuring the service of all Food and Beverage areas are to the highest standard
• Prepare stock orders by processing requests for the Retail and Hospitality areas
• Ensuring that all food safety legislation is adhered to
Key Skills and Experience:
• Strong Hospitality Operations Experience – Essential
• Experience of working in a similar role and business – Essential
• Previous administration experience gained from a fast-paced, high-volume business - Desirable
• Experience working in an events-based environment, ideally within a similar multi-purpose space with a mixed programme - Desirable
• Knowledge of the local and regional entertainment offers and venues.
• Experience in successfully working to strict time deadlines with the ability to effectively prioritise a range of tasks.
• The ability to effectively manage own and others' time.
