The Role:
As our central ticketing coordinator, you will support our venues in managing the online inventory of premium products. You will focus on working with the premium ticketing partners to ensure that their contractual rights and benefits are successfully delivered and on some exciting projects across the year.
About the Role:
- Act as the main liaison with the premium ticketing partners to ensure that all products are set up for sale correctly.
- Provide assistance, training and guidance to venue premium team members on system-related matters.
- Provide sales reporting and insights to the corporate leadership team.
- Track and report on premium inventory status across all events.
- Work with venue premium teams to ensure that sales are maximised across all sales channels. This may include moving inventory between platforms.
- Liaise with key ASM partners and venues to assist with the fulfilment of ticket bank requests ensuring that all bookings are tracked.
- Assist with general admission ticketing projects.
- Work with primary ticketing partners to develop the premium ticket customer journey
About You:
- Good knowledge of the ticketing project cycle.
- Proficient in the use of excel (or similar products).
- Experience of working with ticketing platforms (AXS, Ticketmaster or Seat Unique preferred.
