About the Venue
Voted Best New Venue in the World 2014 at the Stadium Business Awards, First Direct arena has played host to some incredible artists since opening in September 2013, including Sir Elton John, Bruce Springsteen, Michael Bublé, Sports Personality of the Year, Gary Barlow, Prince, Miley Cyrus, Le Tour De France Grand Depart, John Bishop, Championship Boxing, Queen + Adam Lambert, Fleetwood Mac, Premier League Darts, Neil Young, Bette Midler, Drake, Morrissey, The Eagles, Pharrell Williams, John Legend, The MOBO Awards, and Mumford and Sons.
The Arena’s unique "super theatre" style configuration is designed to enhance the arena experience, with all seats facing the stage and high-quality acoustics providing the best sound experience in the UK. Spectators and performers alike will enjoy a more intimate atmosphere with reduced viewing distances inside the 13,781-capacity venue.
About the Role
Our Premium Sales Executive is an integral part of our team. You will plan, fulfil, deliver and execute delivery of hospitality/premium for all events across all products and premium spaces contributing to a world-class experience for all of our customers at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities:
- You will work planning collating and processing information for all premium spaces giving a world-class service to our customers both in the lead up to a show and on show days to deliver a seamless experience.
- Work closely with all other departments (F&B, Marketing, Ticketing and Operations) to ensure a smooth and effective process for delivery of shows.
- Work side by side with our premium team to ensure all client fulfilment is met for every event.
- Support all teams with new technology coming into the department ensuring a smooth transition for the team and our customers.
- Manage the premium ticketing function to ensure tickets are distributed to all premium guests on time.
- Working closely with the marketing team to support and promote premium packages on social media platforms.
You will have:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Experience of working in a customer-facing role.
- Ability to create and manage excellent customer relationships.
- Ability to work with some direction and to use own initiative.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to problem solve where necessary.
- Proficient in the use of Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
- Previous use of ticketing systems is an advantage.
- An understanding of social media in a professional environment.
Previous people management experience is an advantage
