About the Role

The European Regional Treasurer will lead treasury operations across the region, focusing on efficiency, centralisation, and strategic cash management. This role oversees cash positioning, liquidity management, and banking relationships while ensuring compliance with corporate policies. The individual will also drive treasury technology implementations, optimise cash flow forecasting, and support financial decision-making.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cash positioning, cash pooling, intercompany lending, and working capital optimisation. Ensure accurate cash flow forecasting and reconciliation with financial statements.
• Manage regional banking relationships, bank fees, credit facilities, guarantees, and subsidiary financing. Ensure effective repatriation of funds to headquarters.
• Lead treasury software implementation, enhance cash flow reporting, and manage foreign exchange risks. Ensure policy compliance and risk monitoring.
• Develop capital structure strategies, including equity injections, borrowing capacity, and structured finance solutions.
• Align regional treasury operations with global policies, reconcile forecasts, and provide backup support to the US Treasury team.

We are looking for someone with:

• Minimum 2 years of corporate treasury experience
• Strong financial analysis skills with a focus on cash flow analysis
• Knowledge of database/query design, ERP reporting, Power BI
• CTP or ACT accreditation or an international MBA
• Advanced communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and thrive in a results-driven environment
