About The Role

As a Kitchen Assistants and Kitchen Porters, you will support the kitchen staff by assisting with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining experience in a fast-paced culinary environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare any food and snacks sold in the location you are working in.
• Maintaining a clean and organised area, including quickly responding to spills and other health and safety hazards
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of food and beverage areas before and after events.
• Adhere to health, safety, and food hygiene regulations at all times

About You:

• Experience of working in a kitchen
• Friendly and approachable with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the event schedule.
